The ideal candidate will provide expert legal representation in various family law matters, ensuring client needs are met professionally and diligently.Duties:Conducted client consultations via phone and in person, drafted and sent engagement letters, and onboarded new clients.Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, support, custody, Protection from Abuse actions, adoptions, etc.Maintain a steady schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences.Represent clients during trials and other court proceedings.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, proposed orders, etc.Keep clients informed about the status of their cases.Prepare cases by managing discovery needs and coordinating with court personnel, witnesses, and experts.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Bar admission in Pennsylvania; New Jersey or Delaware Bar admission is a plus.Minimum 7 years of legal practice focused on Family Law.Proven initiative with experience in marketing legal practice and originating new clients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Benefits Offered: The firm provides comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.
