The ideal candidate will possess a JD degree, be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., and have at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications law, preferably in a law firm or with the FCC. This role requires strong analytical, writing, and communication skills and a keen interest in telecommunications regulatory issues and emerging technologies.Job Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.Ensure all work products are timely, accurate, and meet the firm's standards.Manage workload to meet deadlines and expectations consistently.Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.Adhere to all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work, virtual conference calls, and occasional in-person meetings.Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as supervising attorneys assign.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C.Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications law.Previous experience in a law firm or with the FCC preferred.Curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies.Familiarity with telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and FCC procedures.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated business judgment and organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient research and problem-solving capabilities.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others persuasively.Basic management skills or a willingness to develop them.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the District of Columbia Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others persuasively.Basic management skills or willingness to develop them.Job Location: Washington, DCBenefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
