The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can manage complex transactions.Duties and Responsibilities:Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts.Handling sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.Providing legal counsel and representation for general business matters.Advising clients on securities law compliance and issues (experience in securities law is a plus).Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (NJ and PA Bar license desired).Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private placements.Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations (preferred).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar (NJ and PA licenses desired).Skills:Proficiency in reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.Exceptional client servicing skills focused on delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Job Location: Cherry Hill, NJBenefits: The firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, origination and hours bonus programs, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
