The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation. Exceptional academic credentials, prior law firm experience, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Duties:Handle discovery processes, including document production and review.Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.Participate in trial preparation and court appearances as necessary. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.4-7 years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation.Prior experience specifically in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation.Proven track record of courtroom experience is preferred. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and legal research abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
