The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts related to property acquisition/disposition, leasing, and financing.Duties:Draft and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.Conduct due diligence reviews and provide legal analysis on real estate transactions.Advise clients on legal matters related to real estate investments and development projects.Assist senior attorneys in managing real estate transactions from inception to closing.Research and stay updated on real estate laws and regulations affecting client interests.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.3-7 years of experience practicing real estate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.Proven experience in handling sophisticated transactional real estate matters.Excellent academic credentials with a strong emphasis on real estate law coursework.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Certifications (Preferred):Certification in Real Estate Law (if applicable).Skills:Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreements.Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
