The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills focusing on product liability and complex commercial litigation, particularly within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. They should possess exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities to contribute effectively to case strategy and client representation.Job Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Supervise and mentor associate attorneys on case-related tasks.Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies and analyze technical aspects of cases.Assist development through research and investigation, including conducting and defending depositions.Review, draft, and prepare discovery responses, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.Contribute to the development and execution of the overall case strategy.Adhere to firm policies and practices while producing high-quality work within deadlines.Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required, including extensive computer work and virtual meetings.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Georgia.3 years of litigation experience, ideally at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.Strong analytical and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to influence others and provide persuasive arguments.Management and strong project management skills.Education and Certifications:JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.Strong academic credentials.Skills:Strong project management skills.Good business judgment.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Persuasive communication abilities.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
