The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in investment funds and a strong background in private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.Job Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and well-researched work product.Meet deadlines and perform all assigned work duties effectively.Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.Adhere to firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required (e.g., computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, meetings).Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in Texas.3+ years of relevant experience in investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.Experience with secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and carry vehicles preferred.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Good business judgment and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in research and problem-solving.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.Demonstrated management and persuasive communication skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in Texas.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others.Persuasive communication.Management skills.Location: Austin, TXBenefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
