The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in Texas.5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others.Persuasive communication.Management skills.Certifications:Bar Admission in Texas.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Benefits: The firm offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
