The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at a major law firm, and admission to the NY or DC Bar is preferred.Duties:Handle a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial law issues.Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.Requirements:J.D. degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the NY or DC Bar is preferred.2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York or District of Columbia Bar (preferred).Skills:Proficient in legal research and case analysis.Strong drafting and writing skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Familiarity with commercial law and dispute resolution processes.
