Vendor Whisperer: Communicate effectively with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. Eagle Eye: Monitor purchase orders, identify and follow up on late shipments, and work with vendors on solutions. Data Master: Maintain accurate PO information and generate reports to keep buyers informed. Sample Management Guru: Track and organize product samples for buyer review, ensuring timely delivery and return. Organization All-Star: Maintain efficient filing systems and complete administrative tasks to support the team. Special Projects Champion: Tackle various assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.Qualifications: Organized and detail-oriented: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Excellent communication skills: Communicate effectively with buyers, vendors, and colleagues. Team player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and support your team's success. Problem-solving skills: Analyze situations and identify solutions to purchasing and vendor issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.Note:This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Framingham, MA.Pay Details: $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
