As the IBH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating client care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity. Your responsibilities include monitoring services to meet client needs and delivering direct behavioral health services in a clinic setting.The Clinical Program Manager will promote the mission and values and build effective relationships inside and outside the organization that inspire others to action. Licensure as a clinician in California is essential.We are offering a competitive salary and generous benefits for this role. Responsibilities Conduct monthly chart audits to ensure proper documentation and standard of care and in coordination with staff and Q/I team. Prepare timely and accurate reports per contract requirements. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the staff to ensure capacity and appropriate case assignment. Monitor and evaluates outcome data and reviews information to identify strengths and address areas of improvement. Provide education and outreach to the community about the relationship between medical and psychological systems, and services offered by the IBH. Provide culturally sensitive, client centered individual/group/family counseling and rehabilitation services. Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans. Requirements: California licensure as LCSW or Psychologist is required. Familiarity with community-based services in Santa Clara County preferred. Powered by JazzHR
