WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MEDICATION TECHNICIAN Your day will begin with a comprehensive review of the medication orders under the guidance of the Wellness Director Throughout the day, you'll administer medications with precision and care, ensuring each resident receives the proper dosage at the scheduled times. In addition to medication administration, you'll assist residents with their personal needs, fostering a supportive environment where dignity and independence are upheld.Every day, you'll communicate with residents, families, and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care. From providing bathing and skin care to changing dressings for chronic conditions, your compassionate approach will enhance the well-being of those we serve.
