Piedmont Health Services - Moncure CHC Full Time Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18 to 20 Patients Per Day Call Schedule: 2 to 3 times every 6 months base on provider availability. Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Salary based on your experience. Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision- HSA/FSA- Short & Long-term disability - Life Insurance- 11 Paid Holidays/PTO: 16 hours per month- CME $1,200 annually towards CME plus 40 hrs PTO time to complete requirement- 403 (b) Retirement- Loan Repayment. HRSA: 15- Malpractice/tail coverage- Medical license reimbursement- 4 hours of admin time and it is prorate base on Full-time Additional Info: Med/Peds board-certified physician to provide primary care for a limited panel of patients who are employees and/or dependents of employees of Piedmont Health Services. Willing to work with others as a team to provide preventive, urgent care, and wellness care for patients ranging in age from infants to adults. Qualifications: - Two years' experience as Med/Ped board-certified physician preferred. - Must have some experience and be willing to provide telehealth visits.- Primary source verified Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree and completed the residency. All medical providers shall be board certified. - North Carolina license to practice as a physician is required and must be kept current. - Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the Drug Enforcement Administration DEA certificate is required and must be kept current. - Basic Life Support (BLS), certification is required and should be renewed every 2 years.
