MDS Coordinator - Full Time - Monday - Friday * Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames. * Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed. * Files the MDS documents in residents' charts. * Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information. Requirements: * Current RN/LPN License * Experience as a MDS Coordinator utilizing 3.0 Our Mission * Committed to excellence in serving our community.
