Check it out below! $100,000 to $150,000 annually Lucrative bonus and commission opportunities Health insurance A 401(k) with company match Multiple bonus programs Paid holidays Paid vacation Paid sick days Company parties BECOMING OUR MASTER ELECTRICIAN - ELECTRICAL TECH As our Master Electrician - Electrical Tech, you'll work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call and weekend hours as needed. You'll spend most of your time in the field, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to lead and excel. You'll oversee residential and commercial electrical jobs, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standard. Whether diagnosing a complex electric issue, installing a new system, or upselling additional services to a satisfied customer, you'll bring your expertise to every task. As you take ownership of our electrical division, you'll be instrumental in driving its growth and success, making this role both challenging and incredibly rewarding! Qualifications: Master electrician license in NJ 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesman in the electric industry Experience diagnosing, presenting & installing panels, outlets, breakers, etc. Experience running and training crews of electricians Experience in electrical sales and upselling to customers Experience in electrical management Willingness to take ownership of the electrical department and grow the business A great team attitude Having ServiceTitan software experience is preferred but not required.
