As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massages to clients to help them relax, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through the power of touch.Duties:- Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and more- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans- Provide exceptional patient service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction- Educate clients on self-care techniques to enhance the benefits of massage therapy- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in massage therapySkills:- Proficient in pain management techniques- Strong patient service skills- Knowledge of occupational health practices- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology- Experience in deep tissue massage- Ability to manage acute pain effectively- Familiarity with medical terminologyRequirements:- Valid Massage Therapist license/certification in the county of Sacramento- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- On Call position to startIf you are passionate about helping others and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
