Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Direct Response) Location: Jacksonville Status: (Full-Time/Exempt or Non Exempt) Reports to: Director of Acquisition Marketing Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist will implement our digital performance marketing strategy through email marketing, direct mail, print, and blog channels. The key objective of this role is to execute direct response campaigns across several channels in order to drive brand awareness, nurture our leads, and gain new customers within network coverage areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns across direct mail, email, and some organic channels Coordinate with external agencies and vendors Utilize analytics to optimize campaigns to drive the most qualified leads and orders Create and maintain campaign timelines to ensure an optimal customer journey Work with sales & marketing teams to optimize our KPIs (key performance indicators): website traffic, ecommerce conversion rate, and lead conversion rate Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required Possess exceptional writing skills, both technical and creative. The ability to write content with our brand and target consumer in mind.
