Description Location: UCHealth Catalyst Brighton Blvd Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: UCHlth Marketing FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Conduct insightful, actionable research - from planning to analysis and presentation of results. Support the design and execution of a variety of market research initiatives. Work with other departments to inform current work and future planning. Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis using techniques such as comment coding, statistical summaries (correlations, significance testing), key driver analysis, predictive modeling (linear/logistic regressions, clustering, decision-trees, etc.). Develop and present meaningful analytical interpretations of data to stakeholders across the organization in an audience-appropriate way. Assist with qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary consumer market research, including focus groups, surveys, and one-on-one in-depth interviews. Preferred but not required: Experience running research, including research material development, panel management, interviewing, and reporting. Track industry news to provide regular updates on innovations, latest trends, and ideas to support product evolution. By understanding business objectives and organizational priorities, support management with data and market analysis efforts. Leverage analysis to uncover impactful insights and create compelling narratives. Help manage relationships with outside partners and internal and external key stakeholders. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, on-the-fly problem-solving, desire to work for ideas, decisive judgement, learning fast with a growth mindset (including learning new tools and technology), and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Above all else, driven by curiosity. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field. Required Licensure/Certification: None Required. Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in market research. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience working with data and analytics tools to create actionable insights. We improve lives.
