As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead innovative campaigns and oversee their execution through events, social media, and content development. As a Project Manager at LeapPoint, you will: Implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that boosts brand awareness, increases engagement, attracts new business, and positions LeapPoint as the preferred partner for Adobe. Oversee the LeapPoint community and corporate website to drive engagement while ensuring messaging, positioning, and alignment with industry best practices. Manage corporate social channels; craft and execute a contemporary social strategy to grow followers and engagement. Collaborate with LeapPoint subject matter experts to create marketing content and update corporate marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, white papers, blogs, etc. Plan, develop, and execute omnichannel campaigns with targeted messaging for LeapPoint’s core verticals, including FSI, CMT, Healthcare, and Retail. Maintain Marketo and other marketing-led tools, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on marketing performance (MQLs, pipeline contribution, email metrics, social engagement, etc.). Implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that boosts brand awareness, increases engagement, attracts new business, and positions LeapPoint as the preferred partner for Adobe. Oversee the LeapPoint community and corporate website to drive engagement while ensuring messaging, positioning, and alignment with industry best practices. Manage corporate social channels; craft and execute a contemporary social strategy to grow followers and engagement. Desired skills for success: 8-10 years of marketing experience in the B2B space, preferably with tech or startup exposure. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, with a preference for Marketo. Strong Adobe graphic design skills, with the capability to edit assets at a minimum. Experience in content marketing, trade shows, social, and email marketing. Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to independently find solutions. Ability to manage and advance multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
