Job Description: Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator Job Title: Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new to the marketing field to gain hands-on experience and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining project timelines. Help manage and update the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring user engagement. Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns using [specific email marketing platform]. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and present insights to the marketing team. Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
