What You Will Be Doing As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities. You will assist in conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics. The Marketing Associate will work closely with Renu’s sales and business development team on identifying new opportunities and building client relationships for multifamily and hospitality renovations. Essential Job Functions Managing company’s social media accounts Identifying new opportunities by conducting market research Ability to communicate with all levels of clientele and prospects Basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes Comfortable with prospect cold calling and email campaigns Collaborating with our SEO and Email Drip Campaign contractors Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data by examining web traffic and rankings, among other metrics Working with the Director of Business Development to identify new potential clients and vetting their potential Creating advertising material by utilizing design and marketing tools and techniques Assisting with planning and organizing promotional and trade show events Maintaining organized records and reports of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Assisting with internal branding and apparel Creating monthly internal company newsletters Fostering employee participation in regards to social media promotional support Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 2-3 years of proven marketing experience required High School diploma or equivalent, college degree in Marketing preferred Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Design, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, web analytics, Google AdWords and other marketing and CRM platforms An understanding of SEO keywords and website analytics LinkedIn navigation and marketing strategies Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have reliable transportation Some weekends required, when necessary Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns Highly creative, strong problem-solving skill and excellent time management Limited travel within the United States for trade shows Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401k + Employer Match Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity HSA and FSA options Employee Assistance Program Unlimited PTO Bi-weekly Phone and Data Stipend Work Environment This is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
