Job Description Our firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team! You will assist the Director of Marketing grow and retain our various practice area clients. The Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to develop in the position, be proactive in supporting the team, contribute ideas and anticipate any obstacles or opportunities. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage content on the firm's websites, and social media sites to promote the Firm's brand and increase visibility among clients, prospects, and referrals. Assist the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Assist in the content and preparation of the firm's newsletter. Writing and editing newsletters and other marketing materials. Assistance with CRM maintenance, data entry, and email marketing. Serving as primary administrative support for the Marketing team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing- preferred. Previous experience in legal marketing or service related fields. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication, writing and presentation skills. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under demanding time constraints. Must be detail-oriented. Ability to work well in teams. Additional preferred experience: InDesign Google Analytics Wordpress GoTo Webinar Camtasia Email Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
