<p><strong>This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work. </strong></p><p><strong>Role Overview: Market Insight Analyst (33235886A)</strong></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the ETL process for the eNPS program and Clarabridge tool; including data collection from internal and external sources, validation, file and report generation, using APIs to move data in and out of multiple sources.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation for current and future processes; including data flow visuals, data lineage, automated job inventory.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting requests utilizing multiple data sources.</li><li>Own, resolve and close user stories in Jira.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Has a consultative mindset takes pride and responsibility in work produced/results achieved</li><li>Highly organized and tenacious about getting the details right</li><li>Courage to ask questions and suggest improvements</li><li>Ability to manage own time</li><li>Ability to rapidly adapt to changing priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>SQL</li><li>Database Administration</li><li>Problem Solving</li></ul><p><strong>Experience/Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li><strong>HS/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience required</strong></li><li><strong>Bachelor's degree highly preferred</strong></li><li>Experience interpreting and defining business requirements for reporting needs or business problems</li><li>Understanding of ETL processes, APIs, databases and database management</li><li>Experience with C++, Python or other scripting languages</li><li>Strong SQL querying skills using SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, AWS, or other databases</li><li>Has actively worked with survey platforms (ie. Verint, Qualtrics, Medallia)</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)</li><li>Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Excellence with developing and maintaining process documentation</li><li>Ability to identify gaps and opportunities in departmental process mapping of current state and the future state workflow</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Degree Required</strong></p><ul><li>Completed High School (Diploma or GED)</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates local to Bloomfield, CT preferred</li><li>Remote working possible for non-local candidates with strong skillset match</li></ul><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)</strong><br />The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $21.00-$28.00/hr<br />Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p>
