Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Marine Trainer/Developer to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA . The Marine Trainer/Developer will effectively develop and deliver technical training curriculum to promote growth through all development phases of a Yamaha Marine Technician. Apply sound knowledge and technical expertise to all current training technologies. What you'll be doing: Facilitate training courses in professional classroom and lab environments, including preparation, delivery, testing, grading and reporting Develop written and hands-on curriculum content to increase product knowledge of students. Develop and maintain training aids to enhance the student's learning comprehension. Support call center as it aligns with the business needs. Maintain safety and security of classroom, lab facilities and training aids. Analyze student performance to identify curriculum gaps. What you need to be successful: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marine technical instructor. Strong technical knowledge of outboards, personal watercraft or marine products. Experience in presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Don't meet every single requirement?
