About This Role: Our team in Arden Hills, MN is searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager role to join their team. This individual manages activities and allocates resources within the Manufacturing Engineering function to meet Divisional, Site, and Value Stream goals. He/she/they will lead a group of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians to design and develop tools, controls, equipment, and processes to support manufacturing operations. A significant portion of the manager's time is dedicated to team development, performance management, and organizational leadership responsibilities. Your Responsibilities Will Include: typedisc:: Serves as the manufacturing engineering lead for one or more of the Arden Hills manufacturing value streams or functional teams.typedisc:: Provides direction and guidance to technicianand engineering staffwho exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.: Aligns resources and identifies opportunities for improvement within the existing processes and systems.: Buildsstrong relationships and collaborates withcross:functional teams including Quality,R and D,SupplierEngineering, and Process Development functions.typedisc:: Ensures that inputs from all customers are understood,plans are appropriately developed, and drives accountability and execution to plans.typedisc:: Utilizes excellent communication skills, demonstrating leadership communicating both up and down the organization.typedisc:: Influences, guides, and manages internal/external resources to achieve program goals.typedisc:: Provides significant guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches.typedisc:: Recruits, coaches, and develops organizational talent.typedisc:: Fosters a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.typedisc:: Creates an entrepreneurial environment.typedisc:: Keeps the organizations vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.typedisc:: Demonstrates effective change leadership.typedisc:: Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.typedisc:: Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).typedisc:: Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.typedisc:: Develops, monitors, and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for one or more functional areas.
