We are seeking a Manufacturing Assistant who will becross trained in the Paint Lab department, to support our production processes.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for data entry andinventory management, we want to hear from you!KeyResponsibilities:PaintDepartment:- Enterwork orders in the database.- Fileand enter thermo-oxidizer charts.- Managesupply cage inventory.AnodizeDepartment:-Perform daily data entry for various production sheets (racking, clean-upoperator, small production, anodize operator).- Enternew work orders in the database.- Pairquick racking sheets with work orders or create new ones as needed.- Enterdata for discrepancy reports.- Filework orders for anodize.PackingDepartment:-Perform daily data entry for paint and anodize production sheets.QualityControl:- Assistwith data entry for Certificates of Analysis (COA).- Scanor copy items for filing.- Helpwith sample gathering as needed.PlantOperations:- UpdateKPI boards for Paint, Anodize, and Plant departments monthly or as needed.- Emaildaily manufacturing reports.- Updateweekly manufacturing reports in the break area.GeneralTasks:- Assistthe President (Steve) with filing as needed.- Printfiles or items needed for managers.- Matchphotos to die drawings as needed.AdditionalResponsibilities:- Assistwith filing for the shipping clerk or data entry clerk.- Takeon miscellaneous projects if needed.-Collate paper for the data entry clerk if time allows.
