Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal advisor providing expert legal advice on legal matters related to the Oncology CRO business Manage a team of legal professionals and provide guidance in various legal areas Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to clinical trials and drug development Required Qualifications: Must have a Juris Doctor Degree and be a member of a jurisdiction Requires 10 years of experience providing legal counsel Experience in healthcare CROs and expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills Must be authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship available for this position
