Since 2011, BeLoved Pet Sitting has been the San Diego community's premiere pet care provider. We are now expanding our award-winning employee-based team! We appreciate your interest in our part-time manager position. We are currently hiring in Chula Vista/Bonita/Imperial Beach. Schedule: Staff must be available at least four days per week for any of the following shifts. Based on client demand and staffing levels, most managers will work 20 hours weekly. 7:30am - 10am 9am - 3pm 5pm - 8:30pm Manager Responsibilities: Onboarding and training new staff. Supervising and quality checks with our team. Communicating with new client inquiries and attending new client meetings. Scheduling and logistics. Processing payroll. Marketing our small-business locally in-person and online. Pet Sitter Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and reliable care for pets, including feeding, exercising, and administering medications as needed. Daily dog walks in 15-minute to 60-minute increments. Maintain cleanliness in pet areas, including litter boxes, pee pads, cages, and backyard poop pickup. Monitor pets for signs of illness, distress, or unusual behavior, and report any concerns to pet owners. Communicate regularly with pet owners to provide updates on their pets' well-being by sending photos, videos, and notes in our dedicated mobile app. Drive up to 30 miles a day from house to house. Compensation: $20 / hour (the position starts at $20; managers can earn $21+ per hour after tips)$1600 - $2000 / monthly (before gratuity, bonuses, and reimbursements) 100% Client Gratuity Mileage Reimbursement (57 cents per mile) $16.85 split shift bonus (when you work a morning and evening shift) Paid Sick Leave Flexible Time Off Holiday bonuses are on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
