The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for executing on medium to large scale initiatives and projects supporting Global Wealth Management, specifically focused on impacts to Global Wealth Management Operations. This role supports approved initiatives aimed at driving functional and organizational strategy. The incumbent is responsible for providing quality, efficient and specialized project execution, and leadership on a diverse range of assignments. This is a 12 month term position. In this role you will: Represent business needs required to support internal and external clients by identifying, developing, and implementing best practices to create an outstanding client experience As part of a project team, engage leaders and key stakeholders to identify challenges and gaps in operational processes & practices On assigned projects, backss business processes, methods, systems, and procedures for enhancement and makes recommendations for improvement Facilitate sessions with key internal stakeholders and vendors to elicit requirements, solution options and other information to support well informed business decisions Work in partnership with a cross-functional leadership group, representing Global Wealth Management Operations (GWMO), to ensure GWMO’s respective operational needs and objectives in the near and long term are appropriately considered Identify key tasks and deliverables required to build and execute project plans for various initiatives using strong project management skills Using comprehensive business knowledge and leadership, you will manage project deliverables and mitigate organizational risk Champion and role-model effective project execution, communication, process documentation standards and change management on various initiatives Do you have the skills that will enable.
