About You Basic Qualifications:Manager, Software Development Engineering 5+ years of software development experience or relative with large-scale web-based applications. 2+ years of management or lead experience in engineering teams 2+ years of React/Javascript experience at an enterprise level Associate Manager, Software Development Engineering 5+ years of software development experience or relative with large-scale web-based applications. 2+ years of management or lead experience in engineering teams Workday Xpresso experience Other Qualifications: Worked closely with cross-functional teams of product management, researchers, and designers to deliver software to customers Strong technical expertise in software development and engineering best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a wide variety of audiences. Enterprise software experience Experience leading and developing people in an environment that emphasizes learning, development, equity and inclusion. Knowledge of document management systems are a plus. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
