Janssen Bio Advance® is a market leading Patient Support Program supporting the portfolio of JNJ Innovative Medicine products and delivering care to more than 70,000 patients. The Strategy & Insights Manager will play an important role in shaping how data is used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our patient support & enterprise initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Janssen Bio Advance® functions to understand the business activities and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize patient outcomes. They will possess a proven track record of using technical skills to work with data and understanding of the business context to lead a team and communicate insights effectively to drive informed decision making. The role will lead Bio Advance data related activities including analytics, artificial intelligence modelling & implementation and will manage a direct report and vendor team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to prioritize relevant support, shape data strategy, & translate data insights into actionable strategies. Provide recommendations to improve services, enhance program efficiency, and increase overall patient satisfaction. Collect, clean, and analyze patient-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use artificial intelligence techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and concisely. Manage key vendors to deliver on prioritized Bio Advance analytic projects using agile project management. Handle vendor capacity needs and budget requirements. Partner & consult with data scientist team to build models & train models for predicting outcomes. Partner with data governance council and relevant functions to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (such as PIPEDA).
