By using a personalized approach to brand recognition, we connect brands directly with consumers through merchandising, sales, direct advertising, promotions, lead generation, and special events within local markets and businesses, including major retail locations across the globe.In this entry-level role, the Entry Level Management Trainee will use their eagerness to learn and natural enthusiasm to assist the retail marketing division and client acquisitions team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan. Main Responsibilities: Promotional Execution: Execute promotional marketing and sales plans, and operational functions to company standards. Knowledge Training: Participate in knowledge training provided to on-site promotions and sales teams on behalf of management. Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding featured client products/services during each marketing and client acquisition promotion. Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service, resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals. Marketing Systems: Build knowledge of the marketing systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign. Administrative Support: Assist the sales promotions and event manager, as well as the marketing and client acquisition manager, with any day-to-day administrative support as required. Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiasm: Natural enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Customer Service: Ability to provide high-quality customer service. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Adaptability: Willingness to take on various tasks and responsibilities. Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in executing promotional activities and administrative tasks.
