The Managed Services Finance team has responsibility for providing accounting services, business analytics and reporting as well as business partnering for Johnson & Johnson Managed Services (JJMS) in the UK. JJMS has net trade sales of over $4MM with product sales across several franchises, De Puy Synthes being the main one. JJMS also has other revenue including financing income and inventory management services fees. JJMS is part of the Johnson and Johnson Medical Devices UK/Ireland organisation. Part I - Job Purpose To provide finance support and business partnering for Johnson & Johnson Managed Services. • JJMS team based in UK approximately 18 heads (4.5 Finance). • Work with Managed Service business leaders and partners. • Work with finance partners within Johnson & Johnson in the UK. • Work closely with Supply Chain, Master Data, and other key stakeholders. Part II - Key Responsibilities Subject matter expert within Managed Service Finance team for the Inventory Cycle, main duties: Accurate and timely month-end reporting relating to the Inventory cycle - sales and COGS split by franchise, SLOB calculation, inventory reporting, posting journal entries (Atticus NAV Dynamics & SAP), balance sheet reconciliations, other ad hoc analysis as required. Management of periodic cycle count process for inventory including missing sales calculation from cycle count adjustments. Grafts inventory analysis versus physical stock. Other responsibilities: On occurrence activities relating to Atticus Master Data - management of period close dates and financial year, vendor maintenance and annual standard cost revaluation. Preparation of new asset listing schedule for upload to Leasewave System and update of Leasewave file for existing assets. Quarterly tax submission via One Source system and tax journal entries. Quarterly Budget versus Actuals report (BVA). Quarterly submissions in BRAVO (Corporate Reporting tool). Preparation and calculation. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
