We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities: • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed• Be a Positive Role Model in your position, which includes dressing professionally and NOT being on your cell-phone while on the job. Our property has a No-Cell phone policy. We are here to work and we expect everyone to take this seriously. Our Guest come first and they do NOT need to see Team Members standing around texting or talking on their phones• You would be on our Team to help make sure our Rooms are Guest Ready and that our Rooms Do Not have Maintenance issues• Some Painting will be expected, repairing little things in our Guest Rooms that mean Big issues.• Everyone should have the same goal, keep our guests comfortable and happy If you can make this happen, please feel free to apply. Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends• High school diploma/GED or equivalent• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $14 - $17 About Company: We have 96 rooms available.
