Apartment Maintenance Technician Are you a hardworking, reliable maintenance technician? We’re looking for you! Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our properties and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections, apartment make-ready, routine maintenance, and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our properties and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and residents Qualifications: • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques• 2+ years of maintenance experience• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail• Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $18 - $20 hour About Company: Bobo Management Group is an affiliate of Bobo Family Group, a regional property owner and developer.
