Position Overview: We're actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent Plumbers and Electricians, to join our team. As representatives of Nandail Property Management, you'll provide outstanding maintenance and repair services, playing a crucial role in upholding the functionality and safety of properties. Designated Jobs:1. Plumbing: (Certified or Licensed)- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.- Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients. 2. HVAC Technician: (Certified or Licensed)- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.- Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.- Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs. 3. Electrician: (Certified or Licensed)- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. 4. Handyman: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties. Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Reliable transportation.
