Be part of something remarkable Help maintain and repair equipment, building structures and support systems required for a safe and reliable high quality healthcare environment for our patients, visitors and staff. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to: * Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use. * Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems. Education : Minimum - High School Diploma or GED Preferred - Two (2) year technical diploma in HVAC, industrial, trades or related field Work Experience : Minimum - Two (2) years of maintenance experience or formal training, Preferred - Two (2) years of maintenance experience or formal training, in a healthcare setting.
