Maintenance Technician Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance Repairing and treating structures such as doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors Must be available to work some weekends Perform preventative maintenance activities Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor Job Requirements Maintenance Technician Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day. Education/Qualification High School Diploma or GED Previous maintenance experience Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
