Ideal Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician. * HS Diploma or equivalent experience * Experience in troubleshooting basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, and VFD drives. * Ability to communicate complex electrical issues effectively. * Proficiency in Megamation or Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). * Must be able to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting and bending for extended period. Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems to reduce downtime. * Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues. * Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance, inventory, and tasks. * Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, motors, and control systems. * Replace faulty electrical components like relays, switches, and sensors. * Use electrical diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs. * Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically input/output and control voltages. * Use a multimeter to check voltage and continuity. * Understanding Yaskawa robots is a plus. * Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive systems. * Replace defective parts using hand and power tools. * Assist in the installation of new machinery and electrical systems. * Upgrade and modify equipment for efficiency, safety, and compliance. * Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. * Maintain accurate maintenance records. * Work closely with production staff to minimize disruptions. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. * Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians on complex problems. * Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
