The location is in Council Bluffs, IA The working schedule for this role is 2nd shift This is a permanent job opportunity The pay: $23.95 to $30.80 per hour based on experience A $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires in increments... 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment Date: 07.03.24 | Job Number: R0321578 Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures Must be willing to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment Must be willing to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals Must be willing to standing, walking, bending, stretching, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds Must be willing to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals Applicant must have strong communication skills Must be willing to work a rotating schedule Our Client's Benefits: They offer affordable health, life, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits to their team members and their families.
