$17-$20/Per hour FREE YMCA Membership & FREE Childcare Funded Health insurance, FREE optical and dental insurance Disability & Life Insurance Funded retirement plan Paid time off & Holidays Discounted program fees Immediate access to our 403B Under the direction of the President/CEO the Property Manager will ensure a clean and effective YMCA facility operation of maintenance of the facility, supervise housekeeping staff, and perform routine and preventative maintenance as per the in-house system, discuss with the President/CEO potential short/long term maintenance issues and perform general cleaning and repairs to the facility as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years experience managing large facilities or multiple facilities, experience with electrical, HVAC, pool filtration, plumbing, and general knowledge of scheduling of job tasks. Within 90 days of employment a current pool operator and pesticide applicator license must be current and must have a valid PA driver's license. Essential Functions: Maintenance and cleaning of the Y Facility and grounds Manage, coordinate, and schedule work projects to be completed with minimal disruption to members. Ensure that all safety and risk management best practices are followed. Conduct daily building audits to determine workflow. Manage the chemical/mechanical aspects of the pools to adhere to local law. Maintain pool operator and pesticide applicator license. Manage contracts and order weekly supplies. Snow removal from walkways Set up and tear down of various activities. Conduct daily evaluation of equipment and facility and follow up on all safety and cleanliness-related issues. Work with the President/CEO to oversee all construction/renovation projects Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating all maintenance and housekeeping staff members. Create staff schedules, monitor time sheets, and complete payroll. Be an active member of the management team working with all directors to ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance of facility equipment, and recommend improvements Participate in the Annual Support Campaign OUR CULTURE: At the Y, strengthening community is our cause.
