Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Production Machine Operators in Charlotte, NC.Weekly PayClean EnvironmentTemperature ControlledAs a Machine Operator you will: Manage machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. Assemble products in manufacturing environment. Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly. Receive, process, locate parts/product/shipments in warehouse. Meet/Exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process.This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have: 1+ years of Machine Operating experience Ability to operate machinery and computers. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Understanding of and ability to use a wide variety of tools. Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.Experience with the following is a plus: Assembly Extrusion Lathe Slitter Manufacturing ProductionPay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour depending on shift.Shifts: Multiple Shifts Available 2 pm - 10 pm10 pm - 6 am5 pm - 5 am *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
