Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our machine operators in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of machinery in our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of production quality and efficiency.1st & 2nd Shift Availability Key Responsibilities: Assist machine operators in setting up and operating machinery according to production specifications. Monitor machines during operation to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure they operate efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and making minor adjustments as needed. Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance and output. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
