Job Description Title: MAC Engineer Location: onsite - Colorado Springs metro area Pay Rate: $31.25 - $36.00/hr. This position is for someone who has a passion for evolving technology and customer support. You will provide exceptional technical expertise within a large organization for macOS and Apple hardware support needs. This position is a key player as a subject matter expert to the IT support team and our customers by assessing situations, sharing knowledge, and providing technology support. Requirements: *ACSP, /CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ preferred *Bachelor's degree in some facet of IT is preferred *Deskside Support background *Must pass a background check. Experience: *3-5 years of Mac enterprise support *4+ years of Deskside support background preferred. *2+ years of network/infrastructure background
