Make a difference as a LPN Patient Care Liaison As a Full-Time LPN Patient Care Liaison at Inspired Homecare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing patient care plans, communicating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that all patient needs are met promptly and effectively.
