We are looking for dedicated and experienced long-haul solo drivers to join our team. This position offers excellent miles and the opportunity to work with the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. If you are passionate about driving and seeking a solo position with great compensation and top-of-the-line equipment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Safely operate a tandem-axle sleeper truck, pulling 53' trailers, across the 48 lower states. Adhere to all state and local driving laws and regulations. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of refrigerated goods. Maintain accurate logs of driving activities and delivery records. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment. Compensation: Mileage Pay: Competitive pay based on miles driven. Safety Bonus Incentives: Additional earnings for maintaining high safety standards. Schedule: Home Time: Bi-weekly (twice a month) for a 48-hour reset, providing a balance between work and personal life. Flexible schedule to accommodate long-haul driving duties.
