Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day to day operations of the Logistics Payable Department, providing support to all Associates, supervising performance and monitoring workflow, consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of Logistics Payable department Prioritizes and reallocates individual workloads to ensure overall department resources are fully utilized and departmental deadlines and goals are met. Identify opportunities for training and growth for associates. Collaborates with Manager to prepares and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports; assists in coaching and developing associates. Liaises with various internal departments and external sources, ensuring resolution of vendor-related issues. Reviews and maintains the accuracy of data flowing into systems to ensure estimated landed cost information provided to merchants are accurate. Supervises and provide education, training, and support of the Landed Factor System to the Merchandising community; provides estimated landed cost. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
