The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional writing skills, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Supervise and mentor associate attorneys.Collaborate with experts in various fields relevant to litigation cases.Assist in fact development and participate in depositions.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Contribute to the development of case strategies.Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Background in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is advantageous.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Sound business judgment and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated oral and written communication proficiency.Proficiency in research and problem-solving.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others effectively.Management skills for supervising associates.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.Preferably licensed to practice law in New York.Admitted to practice in Georgia (GA).Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.Strategic thinking and case management abilities.Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Location and Benefits:Location: Atlanta, GA.Benefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
