The ideal candidate will represent clients in consumer financial services and product litigation cases, handling matters from inception through resolution. This role offers an opportunity to work independently based on experience level, develop extensive subject matter expertise, and refine litigation skills.Duties:Represent clients involved in consumer financial services and product litigation.Handle cases throughout the litigation process, from initial consultations to trials.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.Proven litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Familiarity with consumer finance-related litigation is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars.Skills:Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
