The ideal candidate will manage a caseload, appear in court, and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Job Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce legal deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, high-quality work products that are compliant with firm standards.Successfully manage case deadlines and client expectations and perform duties as required.Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external contacts.Comply with all firm policies, practices, and ethical standards.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including prolonged computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in Washington State is required; California admission is preferred.Minimum 4+ years of experience in asbestos litigation.Experience in taking and defending depositions.Proven ability to manage a case docket and appear in court.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Good business judgment and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and problem-solving.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.Persuasive communication and practical management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage projects effectively.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Bar admission in Washington State (California admission preferred).Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others.Persuasive communication.Management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Strong project management skills.Job Location: Seattle, WABenefits Offered: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
